A - Payment Number: This is the current payment you are making. The coupons start with number 1, and continue until the number of your last payment. B - Customer Number: This is our way of indentifying your rental account. Please keep track of this number and have it on hand if you need to call the store with any questions. Also, please include this code on your payment check. C - Account Number: This number represents the agreement you signed for the rental-purchase program. It shows our sales associates where the agreement is filed and what year you began the rental. If you are calling for a pay-off balance please have this number on-hand. D - Customer Name: The name printed here is reflective of who signed the rental-purchase agreement. Please know this information when you request information regarding the account. E - Number of Payments: This figure represents the number of payments you will make before you own the rental property. Of course, as mentioned in your agreement, there is no obligation and you can return the instrument at any time provided your payments are up to date. F - Due Date: This date is when you are billed for the instrument. To ensure a smooth rental, we ask that payments be made by this date. G - Regular Payment Amount: Please pay this amount if you do so prior to the date in box H. If we receive the payment after that date, you will be charged a late fee. H - Late Payment Date: We allow a grace period after the initial due date because we have also experienced the mail system and know that things get caught up. However, if we do not receive a payment by this date, you will be charged a late fee as stated on your contract as a "Reinstatement Fee." I - Late Payment Amount: This is the total amount due if not paid by the date shown in box H. |
